Coinjoin interruption via premature collaborative-input spend

Denial of service in Samourai Wallet Stonewallx2 0.99.98e allows remote attackers to block a victim's P2P coinjoin transaction. The workflow leaves selected collaborative inputs spendable, allowing a peer to consume them first with a conflicting non-RBF transaction at the minimum fee. Both parties must follow each other's PayNym, and the victim must initiate collaboration; the result blocks Stonewallx2 rather than the entire wallet.
