Account takeover via unchecked password changes

Improper authorization in OpenText BizManager before 16.6.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to change any account password. The change-password operation accepts a target user without confirming that the requester owns or may administer that account. Any authenticated account can therefore reset the Administrator password and take control of privileged access.
