Unauthenticated session hijacking via fixed random seed

Authentication bypass in Inductive Automation Ignition 7.x before 7.9.20 and 8.x before 8.1.17 allows remote attackers to hijack sessions. GatewaySessionManagerImpl seeds SecureRandom with a fixed value when generating Designer and Vision Client session IDs, making past identifiers predictable. No authentication is required; a predicted active session grants the session user's Gateway access, and privileged sessions enable follow-on code execution.
