Remote code execution in Microsoft Windows Enterprise App Management Service allows remote authenticated users to execute code as SYSTEM. The IEnterpriseModernAppManager ProvisionApplication method accepts caller-supplied application XML and provisions a signed MSIX package without an authorization check. Any local user can reach the DCOM interface; remote use requires membership in the Distributed COM Users or Performance Log Users group, and installed package services run with SYSTEM privileges.
