Local denial of service in Event Tracing

Denial of service in Windows Event Tracing in affected Microsoft Windows releases allows local users to interrupt system availability. Microsoft has not published the affected Event Tracing function, malformed input, or failure mode that triggers the availability loss. Low-privilege local access is required, no user interaction is needed, and the documented impact is limited to availability.
