Administrator action hijacking via stored deployment-name XSS

Stored XSS in Microsoft Azure Service Fabric Explorer before 8.1.316.9590 allows remote authenticated users to hijack administrator actions. The SFXv1 applications view renders a deployment name as an AngularJS template inside a link without neutralizing template expressions or HTML. Exploitation requires code-deployment privileges and an administrator to load or refresh SFXv1; the script then issues cluster-management requests with that session.
