Unrestricted file upload in Frauscher Diagnostic System FDS102 2.8.0 through 2.9.1 allows remote attackers to compromise the device. The configuration upload function accepts files containing malicious code without authenticating the request or rejecting dangerous content. Network access to the device is sufficient; successful upload grants control of the appliance and its diagnostic data and operations.
