CSS injection via unvalidated device icon

CSS injection in PRTG Network Monitor through 22.2.77.2204 allows remote attackers to load arbitrary CSS through a device icon. The device icon field accepts arbitrary text instead of restricting values to valid icons, and later renders that text unescaped inside a style tag, allowing CSS such as background-image requests to attacker-controlled domains. Exploitation requires access to modify a device and a victim loading the affected device page; modern browsers and input filtering prevent escalation to JavaScript execution, limiting impact primarily to indirect information disclosure.
