Privilege escalation in the Configuration utility of F5 BIG-IP allows remote authenticated users to gain higher privileges. F5 identifies improper neutralization of special elements in monitor-object handling but has not disclosed the affected code path or downstream operation. Exploitation requires Resource Administrator or Manager privileges and can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability at the higher privilege level.
