CVE-2022-35733Known exploitationNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated OS command execution via crafted web request

Published Aug 23, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024

Missing authentication in UNIMO digital video recorders through firmware v1.0.20.13 allows remote unauthenticated attackers to execute OS commands. Critical functions in the device management web interface accept specially crafted requests without authentication, permitting arbitrary command execution on affected firmware. The attack is network reachable without credentials, and JPCERT reports observed exploitation; firmware v1.0.21.0 or v2.0.21.0 addresses the issue.
