Post-logout API access via retained tokens

Insufficient session expiration in F5 BIG-IP and BIG-IQ allows attackers to reuse iControl REST tokens after Configuration utility logout. The logout path fails to invalidate the associated REST token immediately, so the API continues accepting it for a limited period. Exploitation requires possession of that token after its authenticated user logs out and preserves only the API access granted to the token.
