Sensitive process disclosure via inconsistent authorization checks

Authorization bypass in IBM DevOps Deploy allows remote authenticated users to read component processes they cannot otherwise access. When a component process is owned by a Component Template and an endpoint performs multiple validations, inconsistent security checks grant read-level access. Exploitation requires an authenticated account and the affected ownership and validation path; the consequence is process-information disclosure, not modification or service interruption.
