Code execution via crafted-file out-of-bounds read
Published Sep 19, 2022 · Updated Apr 23, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in Adobe Bridge 12.0.2 and earlier and 11.1.3 and earlier allows attackers to execute code via a crafted file. The file parser reads past the end of an allocated memory structure while processing attacker-controlled file data. Exploitation requires a victim to open the malicious file, and successful code runs with the current user’s privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
