Code execution via embedded-font out-of-bounds read
Published Jul 27, 2022 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
Out-of-bounds read in Adobe Acrobat Reader 17.012.30205, 20.005.30314, and 22.001.20085 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code. The embedded-font parser reads past the end of an allocated buffer when crafted font data supplies an out-of-range structure. A victim must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file; successful exploitation runs code in the current user's process context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
