A TCP data race in Linux Kernel 4.19.316, 5.4.278, 5.10.220, and 5.15.161 allows local users to trigger unspecified behavior. The tcp_getsockopt and tcp_setsockopt paths read the icsk_af_ops function-pointer table without synchronization while IPv6 address-form and connection paths replace it under a socket lock, permitting load/store tearing. Triggering requires low-privileged local code to race IPv6 socket conversion or connection changes against TCP socket-option access; no specific security consequence beyond unintended behavior is published.
