Reflected script execution via unsanitized LTI input

Reflected XSS in Moodle LMS's LTI module 3.9 through 3.9.14, 3.11 through 3.11.7, and 4.0 through 4.0.1 allows remote attackers to run script. The LTI module places insufficiently sanitized user-supplied request data into a rendered page, enabling arbitrary HTML and JavaScript execution. A visitor must be unauthenticated and follow a crafted link; authenticated users are not affected, and the script can expose browser-accessible data or alter displayed content.
