System crash via unsynchronized l1oip timer teardown

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel mISDN L1-over-IP driver allows local privileged users to crash the system during card cleanup. release_card() calls del_timer() for keep_tl and timeout_tl, then frees hc while a running handler can still write through that object. A privileged local user must race cleanup against a running timer handler; the bounded operational consequence is a kernel crash.
