Authenticated telemetry forgery via client ID spoofing

Authentication bypass in Rapid7 Velociraptor before 0.6.5-2 allows remote authenticated users to impersonate another enrolled client. The server accepts a registered client's messages with a claimed client ID that does not match the identity derived from that client's cryptographic key. Exploitation requires a valid client registration and knowledge of a victim client ID; forging data into an active collection also requires its random flow ID, while event-monitoring feeds lack that second gate.
