Stored XSS in LibreNMS before 22.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser. The alert-rules renderer inserts stored location, device-group, and device names into link text and attributes without HTML encoding. An administrator must view the affected alert-rules page; the script then runs in that user's session and can read or alter application data.
