Reflected XSS in BPC SmartVista 3.28.0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in a victim's browser via crafted error input. The error-message handler places attacker-controlled request content into the generated response without neutralizing script syntax. No privileges are required, but a victim must follow a crafted request; execution remains within the SmartVista browser context.
