Command injection in WAVLINK WN572HP3, WN533A8, WN530H4, WN535G3, and WN531P3 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands. The /cgi-bin/wireless.cgi handler accepts an unfiltered macAddr value while adding a mesh extender, allowing shell metacharacters to introduce a command. Access to the management interface and a valid login are required, after which injected commands can read, alter, or disrupt the device.
