Authenticated command execution via hidden ufconf parameter

Command injection in WAVLINK WN572HP3, WN533A8, WN530H4, WN535G3, and WN531P3 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands. The api.cgi handler accepts the hidden ufconf POST parameter without filtering, allowing shell metacharacters in its value to inject commands. Exploitation requires a valid management login and a crafted request to /cgi-bin/api.cgi; the resulting commands run on the router.
