Browser script execution via reflected search input
Published Aug 8, 2022 · Updated Jul 8, 2026
Cross-site scripting in WRTeam eShop 3.0.4 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript through the get_products search endpoint. The JSON search parser reflects the search value in its response without neutralizing HTML, allowing an event-handler payload to execute in the rendered page. Exploitation requires a victim to open an attacker-prepared URL, and the injected code runs in that victim's browser context.
