Unrestricted file upload in SourceCodester Simple Cold Storage Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. The Create User avatar handler accepts a PHP payload and stores it in a web-accessible location without validating its type or extension. Administrative access is required, and requesting the uploaded avatar runs the attacker's code on the web server.
