Reflected XSS via unencoded svpnlang cookie
Published Jul 11, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Cross-site scripting in H3C SSL VPN through 2022-07-10 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser via a cookie. The wnm/login/login.json endpoint reflects the attacker-controlled svpnlang cookie into the returned page without adequate output encoding. No authentication is required, but a user must load the crafted response; script execution is confined to the victim browser's H3C origin.
