Guest-triggered crash via uninitialized IOMMU translation

Uninitialized memory use in QEMU 7.0.0 and earlier allows guest OS users to crash the QEMU process via an unmapped IOMMU page. The translate_fail branch of address_space_translate_for_iotlb leaves xlat unset, so iotlb_to_section consumes garbage and io_readx or io_writex can terminate the process. The path requires TCG-based emulation, which QEMU places outside its supported security boundary; the demonstrated consequence is limited to a process crash.
