CVE-2022-35268Network attack vector

Unauthenticated web-server crash via invalid hash index

Published Oct 25, 2022 · Updated Apr 15, 2025

Denial of service in Robustel R1510 3.1.16 and 3.3.0 allows remote attackers to crash the web server via crafted POST requests. The web_server hashFirst function accepts an invalid -1 table identifier when /action/import_sdk_file/ receives a POST without uploaded files, then indexes the hash-table array out of bounds and segfaults. The request requires network access to the management API; repeated crafted requests terminate the web-server process and interrupt router administration, without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
