Authenticated web-server crash via negative hash index
Published Oct 25, 2022 · Updated Apr 15, 2025
Denial of service in Robustel R1510 3.1.16 and 3.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash its web server via crafted POST requests. The import_nodejs_app handler passes -1 for a fileless POST to GoAhead 4.0.0 hashFirst, whose ineffective assertion permits an out-of-bounds array read. Administrative authentication is required; the resulting segmentation fault terminates the web-server process and interrupts management access.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
