Local privilege escalation in Ubiquiti UI Desktop for Windows 0.55.1.2 and earlier allows local users to run commands as SYSTEM. Ubiquiti has not disclosed the affected component or how it permits attacker-controlled commands to cross the privilege boundary. Exploitation requires local access and low privileges, after which arbitrary commands execute with full Windows SYSTEM authority.
