Stored browser script execution via unsanitized user names

Stored XSS in SourceCodester Sanitization Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript via crafted user names. The User Creation handler accepts script markup in the First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name fields and renders the stored values as executable content. Administrator access is required to create the account, and the injected code runs in the browser when account creation completes.
