Stored XSS via unescaped Panel tag rendering

Stored XSS in Kirby CMS allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through Panel tags and multiselect fields. The Panel renders new or edited tags and custom values from content files as HTML without escaping attacker-controlled markup. Exploitation requires Panel access, a victim to view the modified Panel page, or a frontend form that permits unsanitized field changes; scripts then run with the victim session.
