Server-side file write via unrestricted remote fetch

Arbitrary file upload in Baijicms v4 allows remote attackers to write attacker-hosted files to the server through a crafted URL. The public file-fetch route accepts the url parameter, retrieves the referenced resource, and saves it locally without restricting dangerous file types. Network access to the route is sufficient; a hosted PHP payload can become a server-side file, but the disclosure does not establish its execution path.
