Victim-session actions via unfiltered pagination parameters

Reflected XSS in GitLab before 15.8.5, 15.9.4, and 15.10.1 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in a victim's browser. The maximum-page view merges unfiltered request parameters into a pagination link, permitting protocol and host values to form a JavaScript URL. Exploitation requires a victim to open the crafted projects page and click its link on a self-hosted instance without strict CSP, after which the script can act through the victim's session.
