Subscriber ticket disclosure via unchecked archive ownership
Published Nov 28, 2022 · Updated Apr 25, 2025
IDOR in Awesome Support before 6.1.2 allows remote authenticated users to download other users' exported ticket archives. The profile-page download handler trusts the file parameter as a user identifier without verifying that the requested archive belongs to the requester. Subscriber-level access and a previously generated ticket export URL are sufficient to retrieve another user's archive and expose its ticket contents.
