Process crash via out-of-bounds GIF extension read

Heap-buffer overflow in SWFTools gif2swf commit 772e55a2 allows attackers to crash the converter by supplying a crafted GIF file. The getTransparentColor routine reads one byte immediately past a three-byte GIF extension allocation, causing the heap-buffer overflow. A user must invoke gif2swf on the crafted file; the demonstrated and scored consequence is process termination, not data disclosure or modification.
