Process crash via out-of-bounds frame copy

Out-of-bounds write in SWFTools gif2swf at commit 772e55a2 allows local users to crash the converter by processing a crafted GIF file. MovieAddFrame in src/gif2swf.c passes crafted frame data to memcpy without keeping the write within its allocated heap buffer. The file must be supplied to gif2swf and processed by a user; the demonstrated consequence is a write-triggered segmentation fault and process crash.
