Process crash via otfccdump heap overflow

Heap buffer overflow in OTFCC otfccdump at commit 617837b allows context-dependent attackers to crash it with a crafted OpenType font. The public report identifies only the failing otfccdump binary offset and does not disclose the parser routine, malformed field, or missing bounds operation. Exploitation requires a user to run otfccdump on an attacker-controlled font, and the demonstrated consequence is termination of that command-line process.
