Utility crash via out-of-bounds Unicode conversion read

A global buffer overflow in OTFCC otfccdump commit 617837b allows remote attackers to crash the utility via a crafted OpenType font. Unicode conversion code reads 95 bytes immediately beyond an empty global string literal while otfccdump parses the malformed font. Exploitation requires a user or dependent workflow to process the file; public evidence demonstrates an AddressSanitizer-detected abort, not code execution.
