Crash via malformed MNG file processing

Memory-management failure in AdvanceCOMP 2.3 allows remote attackers to crash the utility by supplying a crafted MNG file. The MNG read path improperly manages memory while parsing attacker-controlled data, but public records do not identify the exact invalid operation. Exploitation requires a user to open the file; the demonstrated consequence is termination of the processing utility, not a system-wide shutdown.
