Database data inference via unneutralized page_size query
Published Aug 2, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Time-based SQL injection in Pligg CMS 2.0.2 allows remote attackers to infer database data through the page_size request parameter. load_data_for_topusers.php places the user-controlled page_size value directly into an SQL statement without neutralization. No authentication or user interaction is required; crafted timing queries expose data indirectly through response delays and can affect database integrity and availability.
