Credential disclosure via unescaped agent parameter
Published Jul 5, 2022 · Updated Sep 17, 2024
SQL injection in VICIdial 2.14b0.5 before build 3555 allows remote authenticated users to read or modify database data via agent. AST_agent_time_sheet.php passes the GET or POST agent value directly into SQL queries, including a vicidial_users lookup, without escaping it. Access requires an active user above level 6 with report-viewing permission; successful injection can disclose credentials and alter or destroy database records.
