Password disclosure via plaintext configuration storage

Plaintext credential storage in Jenkins Skype notifier Plugin 1.1.0 and earlier allows local users to read a Skype password. The plugin writes the password without encryption to hudson.plugins.skype.im.transport.SkypePublisher.xml in the Jenkins controller's global configuration. Exploitation requires access to the controller file system and exposes the stored password without enabling data modification or service interruption.
