Cross-site request forgery in Jenkins Deployment Dashboard Plugin 1.0.10 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger outbound HTTP requests. Several HTTP endpoints accept non-POST requests and use attacker-supplied URLs, usernames, and passwords to initiate connections. Exploitation requires interaction by a Jenkins user with Overall/Read permission whose browser can reach the controller; the consequence is limited to an outbound connection using supplied credentials.
