Stored XSS via unescaped tooltip job names

Stored XSS in Jenkins eXtreme Feedback Panel Plugin 2.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in viewers' browsers. The panel's tooltip rendering inserts attacker-controlled Jenkins job names into page output without escaping them for HTML context. Item/Configure permission is required to store a crafted name, and script execution occurs when another user views the affected tooltip.
