Unauthorized matrix-build rebuilds via non-POST endpoint

Cross-site request forgery in Jenkins Matrix Reloaded Plugin 1.1.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to rebuild previous matrix builds. The MatrixReloadedAction.doConfigSubmit HTTP endpoint accepts state-changing requests without enforcing POST and schedules selected configurations for rebuilding. Exploitation requires an authenticated Jenkins user with access to an eligible prior matrix build to load attacker-controlled content that submits the request.
