Job information disclosure via missing endpoint authorization
Published Jun 30, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Incorrect authorization in Jenkins Build Metrics Plugin 1.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read inaccessible job information. Multiple HTTP endpoints return report data without enforcing the job-specific permission checks that protect otherwise hidden jobs. Overall/Read access is sufficient; disclosure is limited to information about jobs the account cannot otherwise access.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
