Cross-site scripting in Jenkins build-metrics Plugin 1.3 allows remote authenticated users with Build/Update permission to execute script in a victim's browser via a crafted build description. The affected view renders the build description without escaping, so attacker-controlled markup persists in the build record and executes when the view is opened. Exploitation requires Build/Update permission and a victim to load the affected view; impact is browser-side script execution with no demonstrated controller-side code execution.
