Credential theft via unchecked form validation

Missing authorization in the XebiaLabs XL Release Plugin 22.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to capture Jenkins credentials. Form-validation methods accept an attacker-chosen server URL and credential ID, then make an outbound HTTP connection without an authorization check. Overall/Read permission and a credential ID obtained separately are required, and the resulting request discloses the selected stored credential to the attacker-controlled server.
