Credential capture via CSRF form validation

Cross-site request forgery in Jenkins XebiaLabs XL Release Plugin 22.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to capture Jenkins credentials via crafted requests. Form-validation handlers omit permission checks and accept non-POST requests, then connect to an attacker-specified HTTP server with attacker-selected credential IDs. Exploitation requires a Jenkins user with Overall/Read permission and another method to obtain credential IDs; the consequence is disclosure of stored credentials.
