Sidekiq crash via unchecked NuGet decompression

Resource exhaustion in GitLab allows remote authenticated users to crash Sidekiq by uploading a crafted NuGet package. The NuGet metadata extraction service trusts the archive's declared .nuspec size, then reads the entire decompressed entry into memory without an enforced limit. Package-registry credentials and an enabled NuGet repository are required; an OOM termination interrupts jobs on the affected worker and can delay pipelines.
